{"id":63426,"date":"2021-12-08T13:00:01","date_gmt":"2021-12-08T13:00:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=63426"},"modified":"2021-12-08T13:00:01","modified_gmt":"2021-12-08T13:00:01","slug":"vodafone-ghana-jobs-2021-15","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/vodafone-ghana-jobs-2021-15.html","title":{"rendered":"Vodafone Ghana Jobs 2021"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Account Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Role Purpose<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To safeguard and grow revenue for Vodafone Wholesale through acquisition and retention of business as may be determined by the business.<\/li>\n<li>Work as part of the Vodafone Wholesale Sales Team to drive aggressive sales.<\/li>\n<li>Prospecting for Leads<\/li>\n<li>Pitching for Deals<\/li>\n<li>Negotiating and Closing Deals<\/li>\n<li>Will own specific Accounts and drive business growth through Customer Relations\/Account Management.<\/li>\n<li>Regular Customer Engagement \u2013 Twice a month for HVC and Once a month for other customers.<\/li>\n<li>Keep customers constantly updated on business development<\/li>\n<li>To meet annual targets for sales and revenues and ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction as may be determined by the business for each Financial Year<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Accountabilities<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Evaluation of business opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring and evaluating marketing plans.<\/li>\n<li>Identifying, contacting and establishing new business through effective approaches.<\/li>\n<li>Developing marketing presentations and generating business specific service level agreements<\/li>\n<li>Maintain effective working relationships with internal suppliers such as the VFW Sales Team, Sales Engineer and customers.<\/li>\n<li>Provide account data to the Sales Manager for developing a sales plan and monitoring its implementation<\/li>\n<li>Develop contact strategies and account development plans (ADP) for each of the named accounts.<\/li>\n<li>Use relevant metrics and measures to routinely monitor progress against targets and take appropriate action to ensure targets are met or exceeded.<\/li>\n<li>Provide sales performance data to support management decision-making.<\/li>\n<li>Full integration of quality management processes within all sales activities and ensuring effective deployment on a day-to-day basis.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for Receivables for respective Accounts and will resolve all billing disputes as may arise through reconciliation of Accounts with the support of the Billing Team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Qualification and Technical Skills<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Three (3) year experience in Sales in the Telecoms Industry.<\/li>\n<li>First Degree in Business Administration or any relevant discipline.<\/li>\n<li>Professional membership of the relevant professional body (advantage)<\/li>\n<li>Must be fluent in English.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders in a clear and comprehensive terms.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to operate in matrix teams.<\/li>\n<li>Actively support the achievement of Sales targets for revenue, profits and customer satisfaction.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to exercise \u201cthought leadership\u201d throughout Vodafone Ghana and customer organisations.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to quickly respond to changing priorities and business requirements and to accommodate these within longer term plans and strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Analytical thinker who can plan and execute action to exploit business opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to understand the needs of colleagues and to apply communications and persuasions skills in a matrix environment to achieve objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to present compelling arguments for proposed technical solutions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Job Description Job Title: Account Manager Role Purpose To safeguard and grow revenue for Vodafone Wholesale through acquisition and retention of business as may be determined by the business.
