Finance Control Manager<\/p>\n<div>\n<p>The Finance Control Manager shall be responsible for managing the company control framework. The role reports to the Finance Director<\/p>\n<p>Role Specific Requirements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Review all SAP accounts daily basis and ensure all entries are correctly posted<\/li>\n<li>Review invoices received and raise accruals and prepayments (e.g. insurance, rent, utilities)<\/li>\n<li>Identify other goods and services received but not invoiced from the Heads of Department<\/li>\n<li>Reverse all previous month accruals for reassessment at month end<\/li>\n<li>Process all journals<\/li>\n<li>Perform monthly core controls including, bank reconciliations, sales cut-off point testing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Minimum Qualification:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Qualified\/part qualified accountant (ACCA or ICA) working towards full qualification or MBA<\/li>\n<li>Degree educated in accounting<\/li>\n<li>Post graduation experiences \u2013 2years minimum in position in similar role or accounting function<\/li>\n<li>Planning and forecasting experience a distinct advantage<\/li>\n<li>IT\/SAP literacy<\/li>\n<li>Motivated, driven, committed individual<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Person Specific Requirements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Analytical, solves problems<\/li>\n<li>Displays sound judgment<\/li>\n<li>Manages stakeholders and risks<\/li>\n<li>Good communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Must be Accountable, Aggressive and Adaptable<\/li>\n<li>Broad business acumen<\/li>\n<li>Sets &amp; prioritises measurable targets<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div><strong>2.\u00a0Financial Planning and Analysis Manager<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<p>The Financial Planning and Analysis Manager shall be responsible for providing proactive financial analysis and support to the company\u2019s commercial business units.
