\n\u2022 The position \/ successful applicant shall report to the Finance Manager<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Prepare budget and forecasts. Prepare and analyze variance\/margin statement of the various products, sections, and cost centers
\n\u2022 Prepare various financial analysis related to manufacturing costs, inventory and expense information for various customers as needed for decision making support
\n\u2022 Analyse changes in product design, raw materials, manufacturing methods or services provided to determine effects on costs
\n\u2022 Analyse actual production costs and prepares periodic reports comparing standards costs to actual production costs
\n\u2022 Record cost information for use in controlling expenditures
\n\u2022 Work closely with the marketing team to prepare estimates of new and proposed product or service cost. Also, to provide margin impact resulting from marketing and promotion
\n\u2022 Recommend cost efficiencies in new product layouts
\n\u2022 Provide management with reports specifying and comparing factors affecting prices and profitability of products or services
\n\u2022 Develop and maintain standard costs of finished good and production components in a worldwide ERP system
\n\u2022 Maintain and improve processes and controls associated with manufacturing costs and inventory valuation
\n\u2022 Lead and manage the quarterly excess and obsolete inventory review process
\n\u2022 Ensure validity and accuracy of ERP through analysis, intrnal audit and coordination with inventory control, production and work order processing
\n\u2022 Assist in developing and documenting policies and procedures, including system requirements and internal controls
\n\u2022 Represent Finance\/Accounting on teams designed to improve operations, reduce cost etc
\n\u2022 Plan and complete all tax related materials<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Minimum Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting and Finance, possess of professional qualification will be an advantage
\n\u2022 Strong grasp of SAGE-ERP accounting software
\n\u2022 Excellent skills in Excel, especially advanced financial modelling and analytical techniques
\n\u2022 Demonstrated ability to streamline and automate complex processes<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Excellent communication skills and high confidence in stating professional opinion<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 High interpersonal skills<\/p>\n
