\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Discussing and assessing clients\u2019 current and future insurance needs
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Negotiating policy terms and costs with insurance providers
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Provide a best in class experience for our Account Management team through effective task management, decisive prioritization
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Reviewing and revising insurance policies in conjunction with the Account Executives to ensure complete and appropriate coverage
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Leading and overseeing the Renewal Process, including preparing the renewal report, presenting to client for approval, acquiring the binding order, reviewing policy documentation and delivering to client in a timely manner
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Receive quotes and update renewal document(s) as needed
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Serve as the Second Pair of Eyes for quotes, proposals, confirmation\/evidence of coverage etc.

\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Undergraduate degree in a relevant field
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0A candidate with prior experience in the areas of client services and back office operations,
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, both verbally and written
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Ability to work collaboratively as a key member of a team and independently with minimum supervision
