{"id":63630,"date":"2021-12-16T10:25:35","date_gmt":"2021-12-16T10:25:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=63630"},"modified":"2021-12-16T10:25:35","modified_gmt":"2021-12-16T10:25:35","slug":"old-mutual-ghana-jobs-2021-3","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/old-mutual-ghana-jobs-2021-3.html","title":{"rendered":"Old Mutual Ghana Jobs 2021"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This role provides ongoing support to drive data transformation that will enable the business to extract the right value and necessary information for sustainable growth.<\/p>\n<p>Incumbents are expected to work independently within allocated geographical areas of responsibility and are individually accountable for achieving results through own efforts.<\/p>\n<p>You will report directly to the Head of Strategy, Old Mutual Life Assurance Company (Ghana) Limited in terms of the existing structure as may be amended from time to time.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Analyst, Digital &amp; Data<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Duties And Responsibilities<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate to drive digital initiatives to improve customer experience and operational excellence<\/li>\n<li>Provide insights from digital channels to aid in decision making<\/li>\n<li>Harness opportunities between digital and data for value optimization<\/li>\n<li>Drive the company data transformation program to support growth<\/li>\n<li>Work with stakeholders across the business to identify opportunities for leveraging data to extract value for growth<\/li>\n<li>Research, defining and implement best operating practice in data analytics as well as provide thought leadership on Data Analytics<\/li>\n<li>Support the drive of innovation through with data value driven activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Requirements: Skills, Qualifications and Experience required:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of a Bachelor\u2019s degree (Actuarial or Data Science preferred) from an accredited University, with a minimum of 3 years of analytics and project management experience<\/li>\n<li>Experience working with project managements<\/li>\n<li>Experience with BI and other digital tools will be an advantage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Competencies:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Innovation<\/li>\n<li>Leadership<\/li>\n<li>Reporting<\/li>\n<li>Execution<\/li>\n<li>Decision Making<\/li>\n<li>Initiating Action<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This role provides ongoing support to drive data transformation that will enable the business to extract the right value and necessary information for sustainable growth.
