Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n Job Title: Secretaries<\/strong><\/p>\n Specific Duties and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n The successful applicants will be required to perform the following duties among others:<\/p>\n \u2022 Prepare minutes of meetings and proceedings of seminars\/conferences. Qualification Required & Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n Applicants must possess the following qualifications:<\/p>\n \u2022 A minimum of WASSCE\/SSSCE\/GCE Ordinary Level\/General Business Examination Certificate with credits in at least five (5) subjects, including English Language. \n\u2022 Manage files and other records in an office.
\n\u2022 Handle correspondence between departments.
\n\u2022 Copy documents for mailing or for internal distribution.
\n\u2022 Perform routine clerical tasks and errands to assist others.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 A relevant certificate issued by the Government Secretarial School.
\n\u2022 In addition, applicants must be computer literate and proficient at using Microsoft Office Suite.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Report writing skills.
\n\u2022 Good communication skills (written and oral).
\n\u2022 Good interpersonal skills.
\n\u2022 Integrity and the ability to act responsibly and ethically.
\n\u2022 Efficient time-management
\n\u2022 Good personal grooming & neat appearance.<\/p>\n
