Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n Job Title: Accounts Clerks<\/strong><\/p>\n Specific Duties and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n The successful applicants will be required to perform the following duties among others in the Finance Division:<\/p>\n \u2022 Perform accounting and clerical duties in the Finance Division. Qualification Required & Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 Applicants must possess a minimum of WASSCE\/SSSCE\/GCE Ordinary Level\/General Business Examination Certificate with credits in at least five (5) subjects, including English Language, Mathematics and Financial\/Cost Accounting. Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 Applicants must have at least one year relevant post-qualification experience in a reputable organisation.<\/p>\n Key Competencies<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 Attention to detail. \n\u2022 Prepare bank deposit slips, general ledger postings and statements.
\n\u2022 Enter financial transactions in database daily.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Applicants must be computer literate with proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Good communication skills.
\n\u2022 Integrity and the ability to act responsibly and ethically.
\n\u2022 Accuracy in accounting computations and data entry.
\n\u2022 Strong people skills, a polite and professional demeanor.<\/p>\n
