{"id":63743,"date":"2021-12-20T10:55:37","date_gmt":"2021-12-20T10:55:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=63743"},"modified":"2021-12-20T10:55:37","modified_gmt":"2021-12-20T10:55:37","slug":"zormelo-associates-jobs-2021-6","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/zormelo-associates-jobs-2021-6.html","title":{"rendered":"Zormelo &#038; Associates Jobs 2021"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Responsible for tele-calling to debtors within bucket one to agree on the payment of outstanding and in the overall complement the collection team in the attainment of its target.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Credit Operations Officer<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Main Accountabilities and approximate time split<br \/>\nProcessing &amp; Controls \u2013 (100%)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Call delinquent (Bucket 1) customers to collect arrears and reduce Impairments to the barest minimum<\/li>\n<li>To work within the roll rates of the team\u2019s target to reduce account growth in Bucket 1 delinquencies<\/li>\n<li>To achieve the agreed set target on amount collected, calls, contact rate, PTP rate and KP etc. for the day, month and year<\/li>\n<li>To maintain a constant telephone contact with delinquent customers on their loan arrears.<\/li>\n<li>Send arrears letters and SMS to delinquent customers on their loan account status as per the Unit\u2019s strategy on letters and SMS.<\/li>\n<li>To update Debt Manager with all customer details and agreements reached.<\/li>\n<li>To search for customer contact details to call for collections action.<\/li>\n<li>To refer all loan account issues to supervisor for review and advice through Debt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Manager<br \/>\n<strong>Knowledge and Expertise<\/strong><br \/>\nEssential<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>knowledge in the use of other key Microsoft Office applications (ie MS Excel, MS Access and MS Word)<\/li>\n<li>Practical experience in the use of core banking systems (FOS\/BRAINS) and understanding of their impact on general banking operations<\/li>\n<li>Fine writing\/documentation skill<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Preferred<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fine understanding of the high level business activities of the various functions<\/li>\n<li>Fine appreciation of the basic functions of key banking systems and their process dependencies<\/li>\n<li>Fine understanding of Compliance and other regulatory and requirements<\/li>\n<li>A certificate or exposure in quality related programme (s)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Responsible for tele-calling to debtors within bucket one to agree on the payment of outstanding and in the overall complement the collection team in the attainment of its target.
