Role reports to the Credit Controller<\/p>\n<p><strong>Role Specific Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain a department organizational structure sufficient to meet all goals and objectives<\/li>\n<li>Properly motivate the credit and collections staff<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the accurate and timely monthly reporting of financial information<\/li>\n<li>Managing the processes and systems for formulating and evaluating business performance including planning, forecasting and budgeting, advanced analysis of financial data and team\u2019s profitability<\/li>\n<li>Serve as the point person for external auditors\u2019 quarterly financial reviews and year-end audit<\/li>\n<li>Manage relations with Sales Department<\/li>\n<li>Monitor deductions being taken from clients<\/li>\n<li>Establish and maintain collections policies and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Prepare timely revenue reports to stakeholders<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Minimum Qualification:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5 years minimum experience with 3 years in credit control, finance and collection<\/li>\n<li>Ability to create accurate reports for internal and external reporting<\/li>\n<li>Exposure to wireless and\/or telecom industry desired<\/li>\n<li>Good oral and written communication<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in MS office suite<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of accounting software is a plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Person Specific Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>High Integrity<\/li>\n<li>Persuasive<\/li>\n<li>Analytical skills<\/li>\n<li>Negotiation skills<\/li>\n<li>Team Player<\/li>\n<li>Commitment and engagement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Please send attached CVs to <strong>cv1@platogh.com<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Collections Lead shall be responsible for the entire credit granting process, including establishing policies and procedures for credit application processes, and maintaining credit for clients of the organization.
