She\/he will provide appropriate training skills and Safety Oriented workforce for operations is a key requirement. This includes the planning, training, assessment and auditing of the local work force.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Essential Duties:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist in the design and teaching of a quality Auditing program to\u00a0meet ISO 14001 \/ OHSAS 18001 Management Systems<\/li>\n<li>Investigate research and design new\u00a0topics relating to mine health and safety training<\/li>\n<li>Ensure\u00a0cost effective competency-based training programs are delivered to participants to develop the required competencies and values<\/li>\n<li>Accept personal responsibility for the health and safety of every employee and training participant under or assigned to his\/her supervision<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>The duties and responsibilities listed above are representative of the nature and level of work assigned and are not necessarily all inclusive<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A degree in\u00a0Occupational Health &amp;\u00a0Safety and Health Professional qualification<\/li>\n<li>Previous SHE Auditing background<\/li>\n<li>Experience with competency\u00a0based training, on and off job preferably in the Mining Industry<\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills<\/li>\n<li>Experience with training in Occupational\u00a0Health and Safety, ISO 14001 \/ OHSAS 18001 Management Systems<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If you would like to be considered for this positions, please send your application letter and current CV with references, indicating your e-mail address, telephone contact information to the address below:<\/p>\n<div><strong>The Human Resource Manager<br \/>\nNewmont Ghana Gold Limited<br \/>\nP.
