She\/he will develop and execute minor capital projects to support the Ahafo Operations department.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Essential Duties:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate, plan and schedule construction project activities<\/li>\n<li>Develop and prepare the business cases for projects including the formal written requests for capital funding through AFE<\/li>\n<li>Perform field engineering and construction management functions<\/li>\n<li>Develop proposal documentation for engineering and construction bidding purposes and support contract administration processes for Civil works<\/li>\n<li>Manage internal and external project relation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>The duties and responsibilities listed above are representative of the nature and level of work assigned and are not necessarily all inclusive<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A degree in\u00a0Civil Engineering, or related field, with a minimum of 10 years of working experience in the engineering and construction field, preferably in the mining and minerals processing industry<\/li>\n<li>Project management, project engineering and construction experience is required<\/li>\n<li>Experience in tailings dam construction is a plus<\/li>\n<li>Proven capability to manage multiple projects concurrently<\/li>\n<li>Good interpersonal and communications skills<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency with MS\u00a0Project or Primavera and AuthoCAD<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If you would like to be considered for this positions, please send your application letter and current CV with references, indicating your e-mail address, telephone contact information to the address below:<\/p>\n<div><strong>The Human Resource Manager<br \/>\nNewmont Ghana Gold Limited<br \/>\nP.
