They require a new financial expert to help move the company forward.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Accounts Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Duration: Permanent<\/p>\n<p><strong>Salary &amp; Benefits<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive salary (based on experience)<\/li>\n<li>Attractive benefits package available<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The Role<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee all accounting processes and reporting. Prepare monthly and year-end financial statements. Process bank reconciliations and post all journal entries.<\/li>\n<li>Develop monthly and annual budgets and cash flow reports.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare monthly cash receipts reports.<\/li>\n<li>Establish and implement comprehensive policies and procedures for all accounting functions.<\/li>\n<li>Quarterly and year-end inventory reconciliation.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare Sales Tax Returns and Business Property Statements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hold a Bachelor\u2019s\/Master\u2019s degree in Finance<\/li>\n<li>A minimum of 8 years industry experience<\/li>\n<li>Hold secondary, industry relevant qualifications<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and handle simultaneous projects.<\/li>\n<li>Strong working knowledge of General Ledger.<\/li>\n<li>Strong working knowledge of correlation between inventory, point of sale and accounting.<\/li>\n<li>Extensive knowledge of systems operations, staff training, management procedures and organisational development.<\/li>\n<li>Strong IT skills<\/li>\n<li>Inspirational character<\/li>\n<li>A natural leader<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Skills Provision is an ethical international recruitment agency, as such our adverts do not discriminate with regards to age, race, gender, colour, creed, religion, sexual orientation, disability and nationality.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Skills Provision is searching for an Accounts Manager for a company in Ghana, Africa.
