In this role, you will report directly to the Customer Marketing Manager where you will lead innovation commercialization by developing robust seeding plans (including promos), merchandising and visibility support.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Channel Development Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The position is a permanent position based in Accra.<\/p>\n<p>What will your role be?<\/p>\n<p>You will be responsible for implementation of Channel Plans aligned to Brand\/Category strategies across Trade channels to drive long term channel growth.<\/p>\n<p>Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Translate Channel strategy into tailored winning Channel plans<\/li>\n<li>Lead implementation of Channel Plans, track progress and course correct if required.<\/li>\n<li>Implement Picture of success (PICOS) execution standards per channel guidelines.<\/li>\n<li>Lead implementation of Promos and drive delivery of Promo KPIs<\/li>\n<li>Lead Promo tracking and reporting and recommend interventions to course-correct if needed.<\/li>\n<li>Support business decision making with trade and category insights \u2013 from analysis of reports (Power BI, external, etc.), trade visits, competitor data, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>About you<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong commercial background (Sales and or Marketing). Minimum 3 years\u2019 experience of Trade\/Channel Marketing<\/li>\n<li>Very good interpersonal skills, along with oral and written communication.<\/li>\n<li>Good creativity, analytical, numerical and Presentation skills &amp; argumentative approach.<\/li>\n<li>Decision making &amp; able to react fast to changing environment.<\/li>\n<li>Broad understanding of Sales &amp; Marketing<\/li>\n<li>Customer\/consumer shopper techniques<\/li>\n<li>Understands data\/analytics and how to leverage within a CRM strategy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>About us<\/p>\n<p>Fan Milk, a Danone Company is a leading manufacturer and retailer of ice cream, juices, yogurt and frozen dairy on the West African market.
