Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n Job Title: Maintenance Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n Key accountabilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n \u00b7 Supervise all maintenance operations;<\/p>\n \u00b7 Oversee the budget for maintenance;<\/p>\n \u00b7 Track expenses;<\/p>\n \u00b7 Report on progress;<\/p>\n \u00b7 Implement maintenance procedures;<\/p>\n \u00b7 Assign schedules;<\/p>\n \u00b7 Conduct regular inspections of the facilities;<\/p>\n \u00b7 Manage all repair and installation activities;<\/p>\n \u00b7 Ensure all departments adhere to safety policies and procedures;<\/p>\n \u00b7 Oversee equipment stock; and<\/p>\n \u00b7 Cost and order new supplies when necessary.<\/p>\n Core skills & competencies:<\/p>\n \u00b7 Excellent understanding of technical aspects of plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems etc.;<\/p>\n \u00b7 High knowledge of facilities machines and equipment;<\/p>\n \u00b7 Good communication and interpersonal skills;<\/p>\n \u00b7 Outstanding organizational and leadership skills; and<\/p>\n \u00b7 Computer literate.<\/p>\n Qualifications requirements:<\/p>\n \u00b7 At least 6 years of experience as maintenance manager or similar role; and<\/p>\n \u00b7 Excellent grasp of spoken and written English.<\/p>\n Educational requirements<\/p>\n \u00b7 High school diploma or equivalent; We are looking for a full-time Maintenance Manager to oversee and lead maintenance procedures and actions in our hotel.
