You will be based in Ghana and will report to the Group Finance Manager.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Finance Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>You will<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Management of stakeholder relationships including the Bank of Ghana, Local auditors, Tax consultants and other regulators.<\/li>\n<li>Preparation of compliance reports as required by the regulator, Bank of Ghana.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure timely review, submission, and payment of statutory returns.<\/li>\n<li>Work with the CEO and Board in strategic implementation plan development and monitoring.<\/li>\n<li>Work with FD and global finance team on cross-entity control and reporting initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Interacting cross functionally by providing financial and regulatory consultative support to initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure financial records and systems are maintained in accordance With the Companies Act requirements, the Banking and Financial Services Act requirements, and International Financial Reporting Standards.<\/li>\n<li>Research new IFRS and apply to annual financial statements where applicable.<\/li>\n<li>Completion of annual statutory financial statements.<\/li>\n<li>Review and\/or preparation of monthly cash forecasts.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate audit activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>You will need<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Full professional Chartered Accounting qualification \/ certification such as ACCA;<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of three years\u2019 experience in finance;<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills, both orally and written; skilled in the art of negotiation;<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical skills;<\/li>\n<li>Excellent Excel skills (Power Queries \/ Pivots);<\/li>\n<li>Ability to take initiative and work across diverse teams;<\/li>\n<li>Experience in accounting standards and good attention to detail;<\/li>\n<li>Able to work with Pastel accounting package;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We ask a lot of each other at JUMO, but we give a lot too.<\/p>\n<p><strong>You will love<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborating with smart, engaging people in an inspiring work environment.<\/li>\n<li>Working for impact.<\/li>\n<li>Growing and learning continuously, with loads of encouragement and support.<\/li>\n<li>Boldly taking risks as we navigate new challenges.<\/li>\n<li>Flexible work practices enabling your best delivery.<\/li>\n<li>Being autonomous and empowered to lead.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Remote First<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You will be based in Ghana.
