Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide technical support to the four Working Groups under the CMMP, namely; Markets and Products, Legal and Regulation, Market Infrastructure, and Education and Research.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct primary and secondary research and make recommendations for consideration by the various Working Groups.<\/li>\n<li>Provide analytical services including impact modelling and impact analysis for the Working Groups.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and present concept papers for consideration and implementation.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and present reports to facilitate the implementation of initiatives of the Working Groups.<\/li>\n<li>Support the Project Coordinator by contributing to project planning, preparing and maintaining documentation as well as implementation of the overall strategy of the Secretariat.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and review documents and reports in accordance with the World Bank\u2019s standard.<\/li>\n<li>Support the Working Groups to prepare progress reports, semi-annual and annual reports etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Educational Qualification And Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>First degree Economics, Accounting, Finance, Actuarial Science, Project Management, or related field with a minimum of six (6) years\u2019 experience.<\/li>\n<li>Relevant second degree with a minimum of three (3) years\u2019 experience.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of two (2) years of mid-level management experience.<\/li>\n<li>Relevant capital market experience.<\/li>\n<li>Relevant professional qualifications would be a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Technical\/ Managerial\/<\/strong><strong>Behavioural\/Personality<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong project management skills.<\/li>\n<li>Robust understanding of capital markets instruments, market operators and legal and regulatory environment.<\/li>\n<li>Proven track record in building relationships working with the public sector, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Good understanding of the vision, framework, and deliverables of the CMMP.<\/li>\n<li>Strong investigative and analytical skills.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and presentation skills.<\/li>\n<li>Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to meet deadlines and manage expectations.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to coordinate and manage the expectations of a wide range of stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Proven track record in building relationships working with the public sector.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Proficient with Microsoft Office \u2013 Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Provide technical support including primary and secondary research, modeling, impact analysis, concept papers, report writing and presentations to facilitate the implementation of the initiatives under the Capital Market Master Plan&#8230;..<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":6721,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"om_disable_all_campaigns":false,"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_is_tweetstorm":false,"jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","enabled":false}}},"categories":[29],"tags":[],"jetpack_publicize_connections":[],"jetpack_featured_media_url":"","jetpack_sharing_enabled":true,"jetpack_shortlink":"https:\/\/wp.me\/p2nO32-gIU","_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/64288"}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/post"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/6721"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=64288"}],"version-history":[{"count":0,"href":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/64288\/revisions"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=64288"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"category","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categories?post=64288"},{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=64288"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
