Work within these and always speak up if they are not met<\/li>\n<li>Have a positive outlook, channel your energy into finding opportunities and solutions even in times of uncertainty and ambiguity.<\/li>\n<li>Show commitment to understanding teamwork.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"LTR\"><b>Grow Yourself<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and apply self-awareness, get to know your own strengths and development needs.<\/li>\n<li>Grow your capability and experience<\/li>\n<li>Look for and respond to feedback.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"LTR\"><b>Purpose of Role<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To constantly evaluate external and internal factors and control through planning and review.<\/li>\n<li>To continuously strive to maintain optimum inventory level to ensure we do not hold too more or too little that can impact on financial figures.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"LTR\"><b>Key Accountabilities<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure that stock count and valuation differences are reconciled and investigated timely with exhaustive explanations.<\/li>\n<li>To drive robust planning processes across the business to ensure excellent forecasts, LEs &amp; strategic plans are developed<\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain world class inventory management and reporting.<\/li>\n<li>To develop monthly Inventory Dash board for Review with FD\/SD.<\/li>\n<li>To drive S&amp;OP process in respect to inventory management and reporting.<\/li>\n<li>To develop inventory models to support decision making on innovations<\/li>\n<li>Manage engineering spares by liaising with partners and outlining key controls and procedures to manage spares.<\/li>\n<li>To support supply finance team on cost roll-up, standard price update and other system task.<\/li>\n<li>Analysis of inventory days, ageing and stock cover on inventory.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"LTR\"><b>Relationships<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Business partnering with work streams within the entire supply chain in Guinness Ghana.<\/li>\n<li>Engage with Marketing and Sales.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"LTR\">Qualifications and Experience Required \/ Skills<\/p>\n<p dir=\"LTR\"><b>Qualifications<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fully qualified Accountant.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 4 years post qualification experience in financial accounting with proven integrity.<\/li>\n<li>Qualification in supply chain management will be an advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"LTR\"><b>Key Skills and Experience.<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to take commercial insights and translate into the organisation &amp; people Agenda.<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to facilitate, persuade, influence and build credibility with all levels and all functions.<\/li>\n<li>Analytical, interpretative and decision making skills.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent relationship building skills.<\/li>\n<li>Good Communication and presentation skill.<\/li>\n<li>Good team player.<\/li>\n<li>Strategic Abilities<\/li>\n<li>Constantly seeking to improve business processes and drive efficiency.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of Performance Management<\/li>\n<li>Financial &amp; Management Reporting (Local and International)<\/li>\n<li>System management &amp; development in field of planning<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Knowledge<\/b><\/li>\n<li>Sound IT knowledge in the use of outlook ( Excel, Word and Power Point)<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge in accounting software ( SAP)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Barriers to Success in Role<\/li>\n<li>Inability to manage and influence a spectrum of key Innovation stakeholders and elicit buy-in and support.<\/li>\n<li>Inability to learn fast, adaptation to a new, flexible role and mange relationships with varied stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Inability to plan work and work under tight deadlines<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Inability to understand the SAP ledger and also the processes that is tasked to manage and control inventory<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Guinness Ghana Brewery is a leading Brewer and Marketer of premium Alcoholic and malt drinks in Ghana.
