\n\u2022 Supervise departments, units and agencies of the bank to achieve stated objectives
\n\u2022 Execute the responsibilities of a Chief Executive Officer in accordance with lawful and ethical standards, policies and procedures of the bank
\n\u2022 Ensure the bank\u2019s financial viability and cost structure are regularly analysed and appropriate measures taken to monitor and optimize revenue in relation to the bank\u2019s operations and services provided
\n\u2022 Prepare and present required papers to the board and board committee meetings and preside over management committee meetings
\n\u2022 Monitor the bank\u2019s general operations, products, competitions, strategies costs and other risk areas of operations and submit monthly reports to the board for decision
\n\u2022 Ensure the board receives regular reports on the current state of the business and its decisions are timely communicated and implemented
\n\u2022 Ensure timely submission of regulatory reports as required
\n\u2022 Ensure the bank\u2019s interests are properly presented and protected at all times
\n\u2022 Ensure a well-motivated and team spirited workforce
\n\u2022 Represent the bank\u2019s interest in its dealings with stakeholders. Ensure effective co-operation with present and potential devleopment partners of the bank
\n\u2022 Ensure accelerated growth of the bank through the provision and sale of sustainable products and services
\n\u2022 To execute any other duties that may be assigned by the board from time to time<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Professional qualification will be an added advantage
\n\u2022 Must possess considerable financial, administrative, leadership and managerial competencies
\n\u2022 Excellent communication, interpersonal, quantitative and analytical skills
\n\u2022 Ability to motivate and drive growth
\n\u2022 Be computer literate in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Access, Power Point etc
\n\u2022 Be knowledgeable in Electronic Banking (E-Banking)
\n\u2022 Ability to use T-24 Banking Application software
\n\u2022 Must be honest, stress-resilient and exhibit a high sense of integrity and professionalism
