The Group includes, among other interests, ABN 360, CNBC Africa, Forbes Africa, and Tech One Global.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>JOB VACANCY<br \/>\nAre you looking for a new challenge?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Careers and Internship Placement Coordinator\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Transnational Academic Group, in partnership with Lancaster University UK, delivers British undergraduate, postgraduate and foundation programmes at its campus in Ghana.\u00a0 As we move onto the next exciting phase of our mission to develop African leaders of tomorrow, we are seeking an experienced, energetic and dynamic professional to support and provide career advisory services, employability skills training and facilitating internships placement for students.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Role<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare Students for corporate and business environment through skills set training, interview coaching, CV writing;<\/li>\n<li>Assist students with career counselling;<\/li>\n<li>Organise career events\/workshops for students;<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with corporate organisations to secure internships for students;<\/li>\n<li>Provide career counselling on the university programmes, course schedules, undergraduate and post graduate programmes;<\/li>\n<li>Assist with planning and organising student orientations, open days, meetings and workshops and student graduations where necessary;<\/li>\n<li>Assist Admissions team with school visits, school fairs, graduation functions where necessary<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A good first degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Marketing Communications, Public Relations or in a related discipline<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and oral communication\u00a0 and negotiation skills;<\/li>\n<li>Excellent influencing skills and the ability to communicate with credibility, tact and diplomacy internally and externally;<\/li>\n<li>At least 4 years working experience in a similar role or relevant position<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Qualified persons should please send their Curriculum Vitae (CV) together with a Statement of Interest to\u00a0<strong>hr.ghana@transnatedu.com<\/strong>\u00a0and mention CAREERS &amp; INTERNSHIP PLACEMENT COORDINATOR in the subject line.<\/p>\n<p>Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
