{"id":64375,"date":"2022-01-19T12:44:03","date_gmt":"2022-01-19T12:44:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=64375"},"modified":"2022-01-19T12:44:03","modified_gmt":"2022-01-19T12:44:03","slug":"west-african-examinations-council-waec-jobs-2022","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/west-african-examinations-council-waec-jobs-2022.html","title":{"rendered":"West African Examinations Council (WAEC) Jobs 2022"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Accountant II (Assistant Registrar II)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Specific Duties and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The successful applicant will be required to perform the following duties among others in the Finance Division:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist in the preparation of budgets, financial and cost analysis.<\/li>\n<li>Analyse revenue and expenditure trends and recommend appropriate budget controls.<\/li>\n<li>Resolve accounting discrepancies.<\/li>\n<li>Supervise the input and handling of financial data and reports for the Council.<\/li>\n<li>Interact with Internal and External Auditors in completing audit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Eligibility Criteria<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Academic Qualification<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Applicants should possess:<\/p>\n<p>(a) \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 First Degree in Business Administration, Accounting Option (Minimum, Second Class Lower) or Bachelor of Commerce and be literate in an accounting software.
