Systems Admin will be responsible for providing IT Support which includes end user 1st line support, application maintenance, systems administration and testing support.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Engineer: IT Application (CRM)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Performance Areas:\u00a0<\/strong>Core, essential responsibilities \/ outputs of the position (KPA\u2019s)<\/p>\n<p>IT Support &amp; Systems Administrator<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsibility to install, configure &amp; maintain MTNGC Digital systems from IT perspective.<\/li>\n<li>Haraka based on Salesforce &amp; Enxoo solutions for telco<\/li>\n<li>MTNGC systems access<\/li>\n<li>Provide access to end-users<\/li>\n<li>Unlocking user accounts or resetting passwords due to user forgetfulness<\/li>\n<li>Dealing with SSO, two-factor authentication, and certificate problems<\/li>\n<li>Office365 integration<\/li>\n<li>Homepages configuration<\/li>\n<li>Roles &amp; Profiles<\/li>\n<li>Notifications (emails, chatters)<\/li>\n<li>Provide 1st line support for issues\/queries raised by End-Users<\/li>\n<li>Undertaking raised tickets and preliminary communication with end users<\/li>\n<li>Analyse impact of incidents and provide feedback to affected users or business area<\/li>\n<li>Coaching one to one to Sales, Commercial, Technical, Finance and all the relevant functions on their BAU tasks using the MTNGC platforms<\/li>\n<li>Ability to find\/explore workaround solutions for exceptions not covered in the initial configurations of the systems<\/li>\n<li>Ability to resolve\/fix issues &amp; perform maintenance changes such as:<\/li>\n<li>Standard and Custom objects (fields, layouts, validation rules, etc.),<\/li>\n<li>User Interface (custom labelling, tooltips, quick text)<\/li>\n<li>New validations &amp; new notifications<\/li>\n<li>Changes on DOA matrix (thresholds &amp; responsible approvers)<\/li>\n<li>Test in UAT &amp; deploy it in live environment<\/li>\n<li>In case the issues cannot be internally fixed<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with 2nd &amp; 3rd lines of support to resolve incidents<\/li>\n<li>in case of Haraka, 2nd line is Enxoo &amp; 3rd line is Salesforce<\/li>\n<li>Escalate to resolve the issues<\/li>\n<li>Obtain 2nd &amp; 3rd lines support track progress<\/li>\n<li>Produce monthly report on IT Systems support issues, correspondent status, aging &amp; blocking factors<\/li>\n<li>Ensure system performance is up to standards =&gt; no slowness detected<\/li>\n<li>Help users to develop or fine-tune reports so they yield meaningful metrics<\/li>\n<li>Support Product Management team to excel their performance while changing\/creating new products &amp; price books<\/li>\n<li>Data management: perform regular backups &amp; upload data (mainly processed outside system, for instance through emails)<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the system is certified by Group Security team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements\u00a0<\/strong>(Education, Experience and Competencies)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Education:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 4-year Academic Degree (Engineering\/Computer Science)<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in English and language of country preferable<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 2 years\u2019 experience<\/li>\n<li>Strong IT background in Telco environment<\/li>\n<li>Good understanding of the telecommunication industry \u2013 especially wholesale carrier services is desirable<\/li>\n<li>Salesforce Certified Administrator is a plus<\/li>\n<li>Experience on a similar role<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Competencies:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders in a multi-cultural environment<\/li>\n<li>Ability to identify key issues in a situation and to think creatively and strategically in facing internal and external challenges<\/li>\n<li>Ability to provide direction and leadership towards multiple business units with the organization<\/li>\n<li>Maturity to handle ambiguity and adaptive to dynamic environment<\/li>\n<li>Strong technical and analytical skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Other:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Regional and international travel<\/li>\n<li>Ability to adapt to changing requirements of business and staff members<\/li>\n<li>Excellent Interpersonal and technical skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Mission\/Core purpose of the Job The IT Support &amp;
