Accountant<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Essential Duties:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Exercises oversight responsibility over the finance activities of the company<\/li>\n<li>Co-ordinates the preparation of financial reports, budgets and other financial forecasts<\/li>\n<li>Establish appropriate financial controls and procedures to guide operations of the finance and accounting function<\/li>\n<li>Lead in negotiating with key supplies, banks and other stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and report to management all matters relating to financial administrative of the company including tax advisory<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Competencies:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A Chartered Accountant with a minimum of six (6) years post hands-on experience in a manufacturing company, three (3) of which must be in a managerial position<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Technical:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proficiency in the use of accounting software is a must (preferably Tally software)<\/li>\n<li>Must possess excellent financial modeling and analytical skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Personality:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to relate effectively to people at all levels<\/li>\n<li>Ability to articulate viewpoints and stick to them where necessary &#8211; assertiveness<\/li>\n<li>Snap decision-marker, but discerning and prudent<\/li>\n<li>Highly self motivated, dynamic and brisk<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work to meet deadlines<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Managerial:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to analyze and solve problems<\/li>\n<li>Ability to plan and coordinate<\/li>\n<li>Must have excellent people management skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong>4.\u00a0Stores\/Warehouse Supervisors<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<p><em>The Group wishes to employ highly experienced and motivated people to plan, direct and control the divisional activities.<br \/>\n<\/em><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>Basic Responsibilities:<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Overseeing the work of stores clerks<\/li>\n<li>Keeping stock of inventory levels and generating required reports<\/li>\n<li>Managing minimum stock requirements for restocking<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring effective and efficient running of the company&#8217;s warehouse<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must have HND in Supply Chain\u00a0management of Procurement<\/li>\n<li>Should be computer literate and must be good in the\u00a0use of spreadsheet<\/li>\n<li>A minimum of five years experience in manufacturing warehousing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Age Requirements:<\/strong>\u00a0Must be 35 years or above<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>5.\u00a0Head of Roofing Estimation<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Must have HND\u00a0or degree\u00a0in Building Technology<\/li>\n<li>A minimum of five (5) years working experience in the\u00a0roofing industry, including a supervisory role<\/li>\n<li>Must be computer literate<\/li>\n<li>A professional degree\u00a0in Marketing will\u00a0be\u00a0an added advantage<\/li>\n<li>Ability to plan, prioritize work effectively, be responsible to schedules and work well under pressure<\/li>\n<li>Must be proactive and be willing\u00a0to take initiative<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work with and lead\u00a0teams<\/li>\n<li>Must have verifiable references<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Age Requirements:<\/strong>\u00a0Must be 35 years or above<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>6. Drivers<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Minimum of N.V.T.I Grade Two<\/li>\n<li>Must have a minimum of five (5) years of driving experience including\u00a0(2) years of driving heavy duty vehicles<\/li>\n<li>Experience in the use of tractors and forklifts will be an added advantage<\/li>\n<li>Background in auto repairs and maintenance is essential<\/li>\n<li>Must be a team player<\/li>\n<li>Ability to take initiative and work well under pressure<\/li>\n<li>Must possess driving license class B, C &amp;\u00a0D<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong>7.
