The role reports to the Managing Director.<\/p>\n<p>Role Specific Requirements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain strong direct relationships with key partners<\/li>\n<li>Negotiate up-sells and program feature enhancements with senior-level executives<\/li>\n<li>Lead cross-functional and cross-organizational teams to manage and drive new business opportunities within existing partnerships<\/li>\n<li>Renew existing partner contracts and obtain new ones<\/li>\n<li>Analyze and track key partnership metrics; evaluate and optimize partners\u2019 account performance<\/li>\n<li>Handle resolution of business issues<\/li>\n<li>Work together with Technical Account Manager to launch new products with existing partners<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<div>\n<p>Minimum Qualification:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5 years previous work experience with 4 years of related industry experience in program or partner management<\/li>\n<li>Project management experience and ability to handle multiple time-sensitive projects<\/li>\n<li>BA\/BS degree (In lieu of degree, 4 years relevant work experience)<\/li>\n<li>MBA\/MS or an advanced degree<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and spoken French skills<\/li>\n<li>Good oral and written communication<\/li>\n<li>Strong IT background in\u00a0 MS suite<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Person Specific Requirements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>High Integrity<\/li>\n<li>Dependable<\/li>\n<li>Assertive<\/li>\n<li>Analytical skills<\/li>\n<li>Problem Solving skills<\/li>\n<li>Team Player<\/li>\n<li>Relationship Management<\/li>\n<li>Commitment and engagement<\/li>\n<li>Excellent negotiating skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Please send attached CVs to cv1@platogh.com<\/p>\n<p>Note: Only short listed candidates willl be contacted<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>STRATEGIC PARTNER MANAGER \u2013AFRICA (11 MONTH CONTRACT) The Strategic Partner Manager shall be responsible for the day-to-day management of partnerships.
