With a farm in Kumasi, Ghana, Legendary Foods seeks to farm locally desired insects as a way to address food insecurity. Legendary Foods farms the palm weevil larva, a local delicacy that has been traditionally harvested. Legendary Foods seeks to rapidly scale its production, co-develop packaged products, take advantage of export opportunities to other West African countries, and advance research on the palm weevil larvae while building a conscious company.<\/p>\n<p>Role Description:<\/p>\n<p>Legendary Foods Limited is looking for a tech-savvy, detail-oriented, organized, and analytical individual to join the organization as a Data Entry Clerk. The Clerk will support the organization by recording and entering critical data into our information database. The individual will also support the organization through research, project execution, and analysis activities. The individual must be comfortable working in farm-like conditions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>REQUIREMENTS:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mandatory<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor Degree or Diploma<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Responsibilities<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Recording and maintaining paper data records<\/li>\n<li>Entering data points into the information database<\/li>\n<li>Analyzing data points through the use of formulas and pivot tables<\/li>\n<li>Proofreading entered data to ensure accuracy<\/li>\n<li>Communicating important information to members of the Operations team and across different parts of the organization<\/li>\n<li>Observing Farm Associates and ensuring that performance standards are being met<\/li>\n<li>Support in farming activities when needed<\/li>\n<li>Support Farm Associates in locating specimens and materials<\/li>\n<li>Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports<\/li>\n<li>Other tasks upon request<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Start Date<\/strong>:\u00a0 As soon as possible<\/p>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Application inclusion demand: Please submit your cover letter or letter of intention and CV titled \u201cData Entry Clerk Application\u201d.
