Sourcing for data and ensuring the completeness, accuracy and consistency of data in the data warehouse through daily Daily Dara Quality and completeness checks and resolve any data quality issues. Develop, manage, schedule, and document data warehouse operations and tasks, including archival, security, backup, and aggregate table creation. Provide guidance to database administrators, for troubleshooting escalated issues and support regular\/emergency requests during production issues. Collaborate with data modeller, metadata specialist, business analysts and ETL team members to resolve complex data design issues\/provide optimal solutions that meet business requirements\/benefits system performance.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: BI Data Warehouse Specialist\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>#Technology #BusinessIntelligence<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibility<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure the correctness and consistency of data in the data warehouse<\/li>\n<li>Perform Daily Dara Quality checks and resolve any data quality issues.<\/li>\n<li>Perform daily loading and completeness check of data into the Data Warehouse.<\/li>\n<li>Daily Monitoring of jobs and ensuring successful running of processes and procedures in the DWH.<\/li>\n<li>Liaising with the regulatory bodies and security agencies as well as third parties to deliver their data needs in accordance with the company policy.<\/li>\n<li>Develop deep knowledge and implement Data Warehouse Model changes in line with the BI Architecture.<\/li>\n<li>Champion continuous improvement and optimization of the Data Warehouse.<\/li>\n<li>Translate user data requirements into a logical database design.<\/li>\n<li>Creating databases and database objects such as the tables, tablespaces, synonyms, views, triggers, stored procedures, defaults, domains, and indexes.
