We operate in the business divisions of\u00a0 Automotive Aftermarket, Power Tools, Security Systems, Thermo Technology, Drive and Control.<\/p>\n<p class=\"title\">Job Description<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide country-specific market, competitor, and product information for the Bosch Power Tools Accessories Business Unit (AC).<\/li>\n<li>To develop &amp; grow accessories sales &amp; turnover in the assigned region (Anglophone and Francophone countries in West and Central Africa).<\/li>\n<li>Support, train &amp; guide the local sales team to achieve annual growth objectives and Turnover target<\/li>\n<li>Planning- Sales, forecasting, stock management, range development in the region<\/li>\n<li>Drive targets: sales, margin and individual KPI targets<\/li>\n<li>Effective implementation of Product Promotions across all Channels<\/li>\n<li>Product Launching activities, stock planning, implementation, achievement of targeted goals<\/li>\n<li>Collaboration with Key User Manager to identify &amp; develop Key Project Customers<\/li>\n<li>Dealer development &amp; expansion \u2013 regular market visits<\/li>\n<li>Implementing special distribution expansion projects (Accessories dedicated dealer and Accessories Van)<\/li>\n<li>Collaboration with the central accessories business unit to develop the retail network.<\/li>\n<li>Development and implementation of the accessories business strategy<\/li>\n<li>Coordination and execution of marketing activities, marketing communication material &amp; price lists<\/li>\n<li>Firsthand market information gathering by user visits with dealers,Key users and Artisans<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"title\">Qualifications<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>University Degree in Business Administration (Marketing and Sales)<\/li>\n<li>MBA with emphasis on Marketing and Sales will be an added advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"title\">Additional Information<\/p>\n<p><strong>EXPERIENCE<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 3 years working experience in a similar position preferably in a multinational Company<\/li>\n<li>Experienced in working in a cross functional agile environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>SKILLS<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong Knowledge in Marketing and Sales<\/li>\n<li>User focused\/Customer Centric<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage multi-cultural work force.<\/li>\n<li>Entrepreneurial mindset, recognize and drive solution to challenges<\/li>\n<li>Strong Communication and Negotiation skills<\/li>\n<li>Assertive<\/li>\n<li>Flexibility and ability to adapt to fast changing environments<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in\u00a0<strong>French and English (speaking and writing)<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>PC literate with very good skills in MS Suites and SAP<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to Travel within Ghana and Africa<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Corporate success at Bosch is determined by innovation capability and an edge in know-how.
