{"id":6494,"date":"2011-12-28T15:47:06","date_gmt":"2011-12-28T15:47:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=6494"},"modified":"2013-12-26T16:09:55","modified_gmt":"2013-12-26T16:09:55","slug":"road-safety-limited-ghana-recruitment","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/road-safety-limited-ghana-recruitment.html","title":{"rendered":"Road Safety Limited Ghana Recruitment"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Vehicle Inspection &amp; Quality Control Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Job Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Tema<br \/>\n<strong>Reporting To:\u00a0<\/strong>General Manager<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nJob Purposes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>To ensure vehicle tests, inspections, and installation of Fleet Management equipment are done according to laid down internal procedures and against other required standards<\/li>\n<li>Monitor to ensure relevant and adequate quality control measures are in workplace<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Summary of Principal Accountabilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitor and maintain accurate records (soft and hard copy) of all works done in the workshop<\/li>\n<li>Ensure regular maintenance and calibration of all vehicle testing equipment<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and submit monthly reports on workshop activities<\/li>\n<li>Perform regular reviews of work procedures for relevance and compliance to OHS &amp; E standards<\/li>\n<li>Manage the performance of Workshop Team<\/li>\n<li>Perform regular quality audits of processes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>BSc. Mechanical Engineer or equivalent<\/li>\n<li>5yrs practical working experience in repair and maintenance of Heavy Goods Vehicles &#8211; HGV<\/li>\n<li>Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel<\/li>\n<li>Must have valid Driver&#8217;s License. Ability to drive a Tractor-Trailer will be an advantage<\/li>\n<li>Good written and oral communication in English<\/li>\n<li>Prior experience in vehicle inspection and knowledge\/experience in an ISO 9002:2008 environment will be an advantage<\/li>\n<li>Must be trust worthy and be able to work without supervision<\/li>\n<li>Must be a member of the Ghana Institution of Engineers -GhIE<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Applications must be sent by registered mail and addressed to:<\/p>\n<div>\n<strong>The Administrative Assistant<br \/>\nRoad Safety Limited<br \/>\nP.
