\n\u2022 Processing of electronic and mannual cheques payments
\n\u2022 Follow up with bank and resolve any outstanding issues with electronic payments
\n\u2022 Preparation of monthly returns for VAT. NHIL, withholding tax
\n\u2022 Reconciliation of receipts and payments in the Enterprise Business Suite
\n\u2022 Management of Head office petty cash and accounting same to the Treasury controller on a daily basis
\n\u2022 Ensure all payment vouchers are filed appropriately
\n\u2022 Cross check invoices to ensure accuracy and all relevant documents are intact before processing<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 HND in Accounting from a recognised tertiary institution with a minimum of 3 years relevant work experience<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Good organisational and communication skills
\n\u2022 Experience with the use of Enterprise Business Suite in transaction processing
\n\u2022 Ability to prepare adhoc reports
\n\u2022 Must be a team player with a high sense of commitment and honesty
\n\u2022 Must possess good communication skills
\n\u2022 Must be computer literate<\/p>\n
