Minimum Qualification: Diploma\/Bachelor\u2019s degree<\/p>\n

Job Summary<\/strong>
\nTo handle customer queries via Social Media, Web Chat, E-mail and Phone; to educate customers on our products and processes. The Customer service Executive is responsible for daily interactions with customers across all channels.<\/p>\n

Ensuring professionalism across all touch points and timely engagement to ensure customers are responded to almost immediately. Constantly work to make the customers happy and keep retain them on the base.<\/p>\n

Duties & Responsibilities<\/strong>
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Communicating to customers through various channels. (calls, chat, emails)
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Acknowledging and resolving customer\u2019s complaints promptly.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Keeping records of customer engagements on CRM.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Ensure customer satisfaction by providing professional service across all channels.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Empowering customers with product knowledge and basic troubleshooting where required.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Ensure that issues are resolved on FTR (First time resolution) basis where necessary
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Keep track of all customer feedbacks and forward to the lead on shift.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Escalate issues that cannot be resolved on FTR or FCR basis.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Follow up for feedback on escalated issues.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Ensure all are escalated within SLA and follow up on resolution with customers.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Plan and manage all customers within the agreed AHT for calls & chats.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Provide insight into issues\/challenges faced by customers were relevant for decision.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Working location \u2013 Any Locations as assigned by the management or supervisor<\/p>\n

Required Skills, Proficiencies, and Competencies:

\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Adhere to laid down internal policies, procedures and processes
