OPERATOR TECHNICIAN<\/p>\n<div>\n<p>The Operator Technician shall be responsible for operating, maintaining and repairing production equipment to ensure equipment reliability and achieve productivity targets. The role reports to the Line Manager.<\/p>\n<p>Role Specific Requirements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Operate production equipment within the acceptable parameters<\/li>\n<li>Quickly rectify faults that occur during production<\/li>\n<li>Carry out scheduled maintenance programme on equipment<\/li>\n<li>Assist in mechanical\/electrical installations and overhauls<\/li>\n<li>Carry out planned lubrication schedule on all equipment<\/li>\n<li>Keep environment and machinery under excellent operating conditions<\/li>\n<li>Document all machine downtimes during production<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the cleaning of all production equipment during specified periods<\/li>\n<li>Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the Line Manager<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Minimum Qualification:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>HND in Electrical\/ Mechanical Technology or equivalent<\/li>\n<li>2 years work experience<\/li>\n<li>Good Statistical Process Control background<\/li>\n<li>Good oral and written communication<\/li>\n<li>Strong IT background in\u00a0 MS suite<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Person Specific Requirements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>High integrity<\/li>\n<li>Good communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Analytical skills<\/li>\n<li>Problem solving skills<\/li>\n<li>Team player<\/li>\n<li>Commitment and engagement<\/li>\n<li>Performance driven &amp; goal oriented<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work long hours and within production deadlines<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>2.\u00a0LABORATORY TECHNICIAN<\/p>\n<div>\n<p>The Laboratory Technician shall be responsible for gathering samples for analytical and laboratory testing to determine if they meet company standards. The role reports to the Production Services Supervisor<\/p>\n<p>Role Specific Requirements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Operate the waste water treatment plant to ensure that all the required parameters as outlined in the process sheet are within specifications<\/li>\n<li>Carry out mechanical maintenance to ensure equipment availability and functionality<\/li>\n<li>Assist in the operation and maintenance of equipment in the utilities section<\/li>\n<li>Monitor the status of reagents and chemicals and consumables and initiates\u00a0 requisition for them and other spares needed for operation<\/li>\n<li>Maintain good health and safety standards<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with the electrical maintenance team to carry out electrical maintenance work in the unit<\/li>\n<li>Ensures efficient operational status of equipment in the treatment plant<\/li>\n<li>Analyze and ensure the right concentration of treatment chemicals in the water<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Minimum Qualification:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>HND in Electrical\/ Mechanical engineering or equivalent<\/li>\n<li>2 years work experience<\/li>\n<li>Good Statistical Process Control background<\/li>\n<li>Good oral and written communication<\/li>\n<li>Strong IT background in\u00a0 MS suite<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of the process of waste management<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of policies and procedures of waste management in Ghana<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Person Specific Reqiurements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>High integrity<\/li>\n<li>Good communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Analytical skills<\/li>\n<li>Problem solving skills<\/li>\n<li>Team player<\/li>\n<li>Commitment and engagement<\/li>\n<li>Performance driven &amp; goal oriented<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work long hours and within production deadline<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>4.\u00a0WATER TREATMENT TECHNICIAN<\/div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<p>The Water Treatment Technician shall be responsible for treating portable water for the purpose of production.
