Would be expected to report to South Africa and liaise with Nigeria.<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nRole Profile:<\/strong><br \/>\nResponsible for setting up the Ghana Office and managing it operations.<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nDuties:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead Agency Set up, pitches and Grow Agency Top line Revenue<\/li>\n<li>Write In-Depth, Very Strategic, Metrics Based Proposals<\/li>\n<li>Develop and Articulate In-Depth, Very Strategic Integrated Marketing Programs<\/li>\n<li>Will be the main point of call for servicing existing and new clients.<\/li>\n<li>Be heavily engaged in all client relationships, all clients projects and ensure performance level (of \u201cexceed expectations\u201d) for all client relationships.<\/li>\n<li>Effectively present, sell and defend all agency work\/proposals to clients.<\/li>\n<li>Work with Creative Team to develop the very best, strategically aligned concepts.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate project timing and budgets with all relevant agency personnel.<\/li>\n<li>Compulsively manage all agency personnel, agency processes, and ensure highest attention to details<\/li>\n<li>Run day to day operations of a full service Integrated Ad Agency<\/li>\n<li>Hire and groom new agency employees as needed<\/li>\n<li>Any other duties as assigned by head office in South Africa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A Degree holder (Trained in a relevant field- Advertising, Marketing, Media etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Senior ad agency experience<\/li>\n<li>5 years in a similar role<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>High Energy and Dynamic individual who subordinates and peers can rally behind<\/li>\n<li>Entrepreneurial and willing to start up the business (risk and return)<\/li>\n<li>Passion to Exceed Expectations for clients, bosses and subordinates<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional oral and written communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Expert in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel (including complex formulas)<\/li>\n<li>High Energy and Dynamic individual<\/li>\n<li>Must have extremely high intelligence at the level of a Senior Strategist at a leading business firm.<\/li>\n<li>Expert Level Advertising and Marketing Experience<\/li>\n<li>Expert with Brand Development and Positioning<\/li>\n<li>Experience making high level presentations to C-level\u00a0 professionals<\/li>\n<li>Passion for Excellence in Everything you do<\/li>\n<li>Team building experience and an ability to organize a high performance team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To apply send CVs to\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:bdm.pjkt@ghanahrsolutions.com\">bdm.pjkt@ghanahrsolutions.com<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Closing date:\u00a002 Feb, 2012<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Our Client is in Advertising and Media Business.\u00a0 They are currently setting up a unit here in Ghana and are looking to employ a General Manager, Advertising.
