The incumbent is individually accountable for achieving results through others for periods up to one year.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Description<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Sales Manager \u2013 Adabraka<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manages sales &amp; expense budget for a sales team in a branch against set targets.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for distribution strategy of products within a branch.<\/li>\n<li>Accountable for local marketing.<\/li>\n<li>Identifies &amp; creates coordinated sales opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for external networking &amp; relationship building with key door openers.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures delivery of customer value.<\/li>\n<li>Recruits, manages, develops and trains financial advisors<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>KARS and Accountabilities Sales\/Productivity:<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manages sales &amp; expense budget for a sales team in a branch against set targets.<\/li>\n<li>Identifies &amp; creates coordinated sales opportunities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Compliance:<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensures compliance to process &amp; procedures to minimize business risk.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures delivery of customer value.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Team Effectiveness:<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Individually accountable for staff time, tasks and output quality, for periods up to one year.<\/li>\n<li>Balances own priorities with directing and motivating others.<\/li>\n<li>Plans &amp; assigns work over periods of up to 1 year.<\/li>\n<li>Guides and directs staff to achieve operational excellence standards.<\/li>\n<li>Creates a climate for optimal performance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Manages performance.<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Selects potential staff to sustain customer\/client service delivery.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Marketing:<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for distribution strategy of products within a branch.<\/li>\n<li>Accountable for local marketing.<\/li>\n<li>Relationship Building:<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for external networking &amp; relationship building with key door openers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements: Skills, Qualifications and Experience required<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bachelor\u2019s degree from an accredited University, with a minimum of 3 years, relevant experience<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This role is responsible for the development of distribution strategy in order meet sales targets.
