The successful candidates will be expected to:<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Communicate service and other relevant activities to the Site Manager through daily service reports or appropriate medium i.e. e-mail and telephone communications<\/li>\n<li>Provide on site technical support in the form of troubleshooting<\/li>\n<li>Provide parts information to the Maintenance Planner and\u00a0Site Manager for repairs and to customers as needed<\/li>\n<li>Provide warranty support as required, assisting in the determination of failures, and possible causes<\/li>\n<li>Maintain, repair and troubleshoot numerous types of equipment as supplied by Atlas Copco, including hydraulic, electrical, pneumatic, drive systems and diesel engines<\/li>\n<li>Provide training on equipment operation and maintenance procedures for the start up of a new equipment<\/li>\n<li>Monitor equipment that is in use with customers, provide audits of equipment for future repairs and to keep in reliable state at all times<\/li>\n<li>Help develop solutions to local problems<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring the proper handling of all testing and repair tools<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of Atlas Copco surface drills or Hitachi\/Komatsu\/Caterpillar and earth moving equipment useful<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must have a\u00a0minimum of a Higher National Diploma in Mechanical, Automotive Electrical or<\/li>\n<li>Agricultural Engineering<\/li>\n<li>Must have a least\u00a0 three (3) years relevant post-qualification experience in Field Service. Preference will be given to those who have worked on either Atlas Copco surface drills or Hitachi\/Caterpillar\/Komatsu excavators or surface drill rigs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Competency requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must have a significant understanding and experience in trouble shooting Hydraulic, low voltage electrics, air systems and RCS systems<\/li>\n<li>The preferred candidates must possess a strong mechanical aptitude and good work ethic<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to work with little or no supervision<\/li>\n<li>Always be courteous and professional in all communications<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If your career aspirations match these exciting opportunities, please apply in confidence to:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Atlas Copco Ghana Ltd<br \/>\nP.
