The successful candidates will be expected to:<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist with the development of a reliability based maintenance strategy, based on preventative and predictive maintenance<\/li>\n<li>Prepare schedules of planned maintenance<\/li>\n<li>Prepare schedule of parts required for maintenance and confirm availability of the parts<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with Site Manager and the customer to see that scheduled maintenance is carried out as planned and any unforeseen matters arising during planned maintenance are attended to<\/li>\n<li>Schedule remedial maintenance including planning for part requirements<\/li>\n<li>Maintain records of planned and breakdown maintenance carried out and prepare periodic reports of machine availability, MTBF, MTTR and parts consumption<\/li>\n<li>Prepare maintenance reports as required by Atlas Copco and mine management<\/li>\n<li>Maintain records of rotation for reparable components<\/li>\n<li>Maintain records of spare parts and consumables consumption and advice Site Manager, Logistics and customer on stocking requirements and lifetimes<\/li>\n<li>Take responsibility for purchasing of local parts and consumables required for maintenance, e.g. engine parts, fuel and lubricants<\/li>\n<li>Maintain records for vehicle maintenance as well as safety records<\/li>\n<li>Raise customer invoices and stock orders<\/li>\n<li>Follow up delivery of spare parts\u00a0to the site<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A minimum of a Higher National Diploma in Mechanical, Automotive Electrical or Agricultural Engineering<\/li>\n<li>Must have a minimum of three (3) years post-qualification relevant experience in planning, service administration, or planned maintenance programs.
