You will join a team of talented tech writers who work collaboratively with developers, quality engineers, product managers, and usability experts to make our products easier to use.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Technical Writer \u2013 Global<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Work with internal teams to obt<\/strong>ain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements<\/li>\n<li>Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience<\/li>\n<li>Write easy-to-understand user interface text, online help and developer guides<\/li>\n<li>Create tutorials to help end-users use a variety of applications<\/li>\n<li>Analyze existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Create and maintain the information architecture<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven working experience in technical writing of software documentation<\/li>\n<li>Ability to deliver high-quality documentation paying attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written skills in English<\/li>\n<li>Basic familiarity with the SDLC and software development<\/li>\n<li>University degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred<\/li>\n<li>Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We offer Paid Time Off, Personal Leave, Holidays, work\/life balance.
