For the past 5 years, Total Petroleum Ghana Plc has successfully developed Twenty-One (26), Ghanaian young graduates, through this initiative.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Graduates Recruitment<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Contexte et Environnement<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This innovative program is an eighteen (18) months training opportunity which consists of a six (6) month local contract and twelve (12) months international exposure in TotalEnergies affiliates, within Africa, to discover one of its three main business lines \u2013 Commercial, Finance, Technical.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Profil recherch\u00e9<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We are interested in Ghanaian candidates who have attained a minimum of 2nd Class Upper Honours\u2019 Degree from recognized Ghanaian Universities within the last year and must have completed National Service.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Candidates must not be more than 25 years\u00a0<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Degrees must be in the following disciplines\u00a0<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mechanical &amp; Civil Engineering fields.<\/li>\n<li>Accounting, Marketing, Economics, or related business fields<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Candidates With Additional Qualifications Will Have An Added Advantage.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>In addition, candidates should have the following qualities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Intellectually curious and able to take initiatives<\/li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal and communication and analytical skills<\/li>\n<li>Team player and leadership qualities<\/li>\n<li>Must have a strong ethical awareness and orientation<\/li>\n<li>Highly adaptable to different environments<\/li>\n<li>Must also be computer literate<\/li>\n<li>Ability to speak French is an added advantage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Total Petroleum Ghana Plc is seeking to develop the Ghanaian youth through training and capacity building.
