She\/he will be responsible for the implementation of the running of the Newmont global knowledge management program in Ghana.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Essential Duties:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design, develop, implement and maintain taxonomies, classifications and records management work flows in SharePoint for all Ghana Sites<\/li>\n<li>Support the SharePoint change management, roll out process and assist with the governance of SharePoint in the region<\/li>\n<li>Help develop, maintain and administer electronic work flows for document management and destruction in the region<\/li>\n<li>Conduct training sessions for management of physical and electronic records and provide advice on guidance on records management to regional functions<\/li>\n<li>Assist with the implementation of the legal hold processes, document Gathering and other discovery tasks as necessary<\/li>\n<li>Provide administrative support for corporate filings, litigation, due diligence, compliance and legal risk management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>The duties and responsibilities listed above are representative of the nature and level of work assigned and are not necessarily all inclusive<br \/>\n<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Records Management, Business Administration or demonstrated equivalent experience<\/li>\n<li>A minimum of 5 years of relevant records management experience<\/li>\n<li>At least two years of Enterprise Content Management (ECM) experience<\/li>\n<li>Technical capability and an understanding of technologies necessarily to effectively conduct records management<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with\u00a0SharePoint 2010 or SharePoint 2007.
