\n\u2022 The role holder will also assist in strategy formulation through collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders and lead cross functional teams in the development of business-wide operational strategies<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Master\u2019s degree in related discipline and or professional qualification
\n\u2022 Minimum of 10 years Banking experience with at least 5 years in a managerial position
\n\u2022 Hands on experience in performance management, strategy formulation and execution, Business Intelligence, Innovation and transformation
\n\u2022 Exposure to corporate strategy management, with direct exposure to top management strategy formulation and decision making<\/p>\n
