Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\nThe successful candidate will report to the Geological Framework Manager. She\/he will support the Global Exploration Database (GED) team in managing GED Databases.<\/p>\n
Essential Duties:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n- Provide general support for Geographical Information Systems (GIS) data and applications<\/li>\n
- Help manage drill hole and surface geochemistry databases in Microsoft SQL Server<\/li>\n
- Daily monitoring of schedule jobs on the SQL\u00a0Server to ensure they\u00a0are executed successfully<\/li>\n
- Monitor GED web applications used by geologist and call for help when\u00a0they go down<\/li>\n
- Support with\u00a0the training of geologist in the use of new GED\u00a0tools which may introduce<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

- General working knowledge of software integration in a Windows environment<\/li>\n
- Knowledge in GIS principles, its application to mapping, and methods of capturing, processing and disseminating GIS data<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\nThis position requires two candidates. The successful candidates will report to the Compensation and Data Integrity Manager. She\/he will be responsible for analyzing, recommending and monitoring competitive compensation programs, policies and procedures consistent with the company’s global remuneration strategy, assuring internal equity and external competitiveness.<\/p>\n
Essential Duties:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n- Monitor\u00a0compensation market trends, analyze salary survey results and recommend overall salary increase (merit, equity and\/or promotion) salary structure\u00a0movements (if necessary)<\/li>\n
- Conduct and complete salary\u00a0market surveys, continually reviews and adjust survey matches<\/li>\n
- Support\u00a0position evaluation process in conjunction with the Compensation Manager perform job evaluation using the job evaluation point factor system (HAY methodology)<\/li>\n
- Assist in creating or preparing rolling out new or revised compensation plans<\/li>\n
- Point of contact for regional and departmental\u00a0labor cost calculation and modeling<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

- Experience with heavy industry, mining, energy, or construction preferred<\/li>\n
- Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as a probability and statistical interferences, and math fundamental<\/li>\n
- Extensive experience with statistical analysis and remuneration systems<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

3.\u00a0Deputy Site Services Coordinator – Akyem Project<\/strong><\/p>\n\n
Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\nThe successful candidate will coordinate a wide range of contracted site services to ensure NGRL contractual interests are well managed.<\/p>\n
Essential Duties:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n- \u00a0Assist with departmental work schedule(s)<\/li>\n
- Conduct periodic inspections of dining areas, accommodation etc, to ensure contractor adheres to company and legislative policies and procedures<\/li>\n
- Identify areas requiring improvements in procedures relating to the site accommodation, camps accommodation and transport services<\/li>\n
- Ensure that all building such as residential, recreational, offices and accommodation are clean<\/li>\n
- Maintain knowledge of and compliance with all company policies, standard operating procedures and other documents that are appropriate to the work place<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\nThe successful candidate will report to the Supervisor, Welding. She\/he will contribute to the attainment of Ahafo’s equipment availability and production objectives by providing safe, environmentally compliant and cost effective maintenance welding and fabrication services.<\/p>\n
Essential Duties:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n- \u00a0Provide a broad range of welding and fabrication services in support of mining and Auxiliary Equipment maintenance activities<\/li>\n
- Select and use appropriate metals, consumable and processes as directed by associated supervision<\/li>\n
- Complete scheduled and unscheduled structural overhauls and rebuilds as directed by competent supervision and\/or management<\/li>\n
- Maintain welding and maintenance work areas in safe, clean and well managed condition<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

- Ability to work safety with minimum supervision<\/li>\n
- Current welding certification based on all internationally recognized welding test (e.g. AWS D1.1)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
