Strategic project managers analyze the current market trends, perform data and statistical analysis, and generate opportunities to close more business partnerships. They also coordinate with the marketing and sales team to identify effective marketing strategies to increase the brand\u2019s image in various market platforms and enhance sales performance. A strategic project manager handles company accounts and regularly connects with the client for project updates. In this position you will report to the COO or directly to the CEO.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Strategic Project Manager\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"chakra-heading css-1s5uaoo\"><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"css-1xzjko9\" role=\"list\">\n<li class=\"css-0\">Manage rollouts of CRM enhancements using effective implementation planning, change management and training.<\/li>\n<li class=\"css-0\">Help Complete Farmer\u2019s competitive advantage by adopting technologies and methods that can reduce costs, increase ROI, and increase uptime.<\/li>\n<li class=\"css-0\">Coordinate team activities to manage project information and communications to all stakeholders and governance bodies.<\/li>\n<li class=\"css-0\">Conducting research and analyses of operational effectiveness, processes, stakeholders, etc.<\/li>\n<li class=\"css-0\">Facilitate staffing selection by supporting the operations manager with scheduling, interviewing and hiring operations staff.<\/li>\n<li class=\"css-0\">Coordinate process design and project planning in the department<\/li>\n<li class=\"css-0\">Establish immediate responses to emergency actions; communicate with senior leadership; coordinate maintenance priorities as required.<\/li>\n<li class=\"css-0\">Documenting standard processes<\/li>\n<li class=\"css-0\">Conduct research and analyses of operational effectiveness, processes, stakeholders, etc.<\/li>\n<li class=\"css-0\">Manage multiple projects of medium-to-large size simultaneously, and their respective project teams of varying sizes, complexity and backgrounds through the entire Project Development Life Cycle.<\/li>\n<li class=\"css-0\">Manage project management reporting, including tracking each critical step, outcomes and final deliverables.<\/li>\n<li class=\"css-0\">Contribute to thoughtful and creative discussions with project sponsor(s), stakeholders, department and division management on strategic goals, resources, scheduling, plans and challenges.<\/li>\n<li class=\"css-0\">Work with a cross functional teams on assigning tasks, establishing project deliverables and scheduling of those tasks and deliverables.<\/li>\n<li class=\"css-0\">Collect and consolidate management data\/reports in order to track performance against goals and corporate strategy<\/li>\n<li class=\"css-0\">Assist in the formulation, documentation, implementation and optimization of operational SOPs across the organization<\/li>\n<li class=\"css-0\">Develop and implement operational models and frameworks by using data to drive results and growth of the organization.<\/li>\n<li class=\"css-0\">Assist in building a business intelligence tool to facilitate decision making and optimization of processes across departments within the organization.<\/li>\n<li class=\"css-0\">All other duties deemed necessary for the role.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"chakra-heading css-1s5uaoo\">Requirements<\/p>\n<ul class=\"css-1xzjko9\" role=\"list\">\n<li class=\"css-0\">BSc\/MSc Degree in relevant fields.<\/li>\n<li class=\"css-0\">3+ years in leadership position in business administration, management consulting or strategic planning.<\/li>\n<li class=\"css-0\">Significant Project Management experience.<\/li>\n<li class=\"css-0\">Experience with strategic planning, stakeholder engagements and business operations<\/li>\n<li class=\"css-0\">Strong proficiency with efficiency software and spreadsheets<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"chakra-heading css-1s5uaoo\">Preferred Skills<\/p>\n<ul class=\"css-1xzjko9\" role=\"list\">\n<li class=\"css-0\">Exceptional active listening and verbal and written communication skills<\/li>\n<li class=\"css-0\">Attention to detail<\/li>\n<li class=\"css-0\">Must have data analytical skills<\/li>\n<li class=\"css-0\">Scenario and system modeling<\/li>\n<li class=\"css-0\">Excellent presentation skills<\/li>\n<li class=\"css-0\">Strong research, decision making, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n<li class=\"css-0\">A flexible approach to negotiating and a willingness to be able to work to time sensitive deadlines is essential.<\/li>\n<li class=\"css-0\">A highly motivated and positive attitude<\/li>\n<li class=\"css-0\">Ability to work independently, exercise mature professional judgment, and use discretion<\/li>\n<li class=\"css-0\">Willingness to continue learning and training.<\/li>\n<li class=\"css-0\">Proactive,
