You will be looking for ways to improve these metrics.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Onboard new restaurants on Bolt Food platform \u2013<\/strong>\u00a0Upload menus, photos, prices, organise menu photo-shooting, ship our tablet to the restaurant, train restaurant staff how to use Bolt Food app.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Restaurants Requests Resolutions \u2013\u00a0<\/strong>Deploy the best-in-class reports and different communications channels to manage our long-tail restaurants. Some of their requests are, but not limited to, menu changes, menu editions, operational and connectivity issues.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Analyse data\u00a0<\/strong>\u2013 You will monitor our engagement, quality and utilisation metrics and ensure a great experience for our users, couriers and more importantly restaurants.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Support existing restaurants \u2013<\/strong>\u00a0Solve most time-sensitive operational issues, update the menu, pricing and other content information, ad-hoc tasks related to restaurants operation<\/p>\n<p><strong>BS degree in Business Administration, Operations\u00a0<\/strong>or related field<strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Have 1+ years of previous\u00a0<strong>relevant experience<\/strong>\u00a0in Operations, Business Development, Analytical or similar..<\/p>\n<p>You are an\u00a0<strong>analytical thinker<\/strong>\u00a0who loves to solve problems (advanced Excel skills are a must).<\/p>\n<p>Be a\u00a0<strong>hustler<\/strong>, not stopping after 20 obstacles a day.<\/p>\n<p>Be\u00a0<strong>passionate<\/strong>\u00a0about new technologies and food tech.<\/p>\n<p>Be an\u00a0<strong>owner<\/strong>\u00a0and proactively find solutions to business problems.<\/p>\n<p>You are\u00a0<strong>organised<\/strong>. You deliver stuff on time &amp; handle stress.<\/p>\n<p>You are\u00a0<strong>social<\/strong>.
