\n\u2022 Coordinates all RFI\u2019s RFQ and REPs within the company and ensure all details required are within the guidelines of the company\u2019s compliance framework
\n\u2022 Negotiable with foreign and local vendors to secure advantageous terms
\n\u2022 Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve the effectiveness of the procurement unit
\n\u2022 Perform risk management for supply contracts and agreements
\n\u2022 Gathering of market intelligence and information required by the supply management team
\n\u2022 Manages the suppliers performance by reviewing their performance every quarter
\n\u2022 Oversees the development and maintenance of a database on procurement activities
\n\u2022 Collaborates with relevant stakeholders in the procurement of goods, services and works
\n\u2022 Ensures the implementation of performance management policies in the unit<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques as well as a dexterity in reading the market
\n\u2022 Talent in negotiations and networking
\n\u2022 Good knowledge of Tally accounting software
\n\u2022 Experience in collecting and analyzing data
\n\u2022 Excellent leadership capabilities
\n\u2022 Strong understanding of procurement in public procurement act
\n\u2022 Excellent knowledge of relevent Public Financial Management Act
\n\u2022 Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Possess a minimum of 8 \u2013 10 years of business experience in including 5 years in a similar role. An international procurement experience will be an advantage
\n\u2022 Working knowledge of the print industry would be a distinct advantage
\n\u2022 Experience in the implementation of end-to-end procurement strategy and processes
\n\u2022 Possess traits, the likes of being meticulous, analytical, seamless collaborator, convincing negotiator, high emotional quotient in managing various stakeholders expectations
\n\u2022 Membership of a procurement professional body (MCIPS) would be a distinct advantage<\/p>\n
