You must have the following abilities and meet the listed requirements in order to assist the Expat Exploration Fitter with all facets of maintenance to achieve high availability,<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Applicant must be capable of scheduling and doing ongoing maintenance and break down repairs &amp; fault diagnosis for DE840 Multi Purpose Drill Rig, Volvo Prime Mover and Lowbed and 4&#215;4 Truck, D7H Dozers Tamrock Ranger 700-2 RAB rig, Lighting Tower, Welding Plant etc<\/li>\n<li>Welding work as required;<\/li>\n<li>Suitably education and\/or experience for position; especially previous exposure to diamond and reverse circulation drilling work;<\/li>\n<li>Fluency, comprehension &amp; writing in\u00a0English;<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrable mechanical aptitude; can take initiative in problem solving, can work as part of a team; punctuality and promptness are essential qualities;<\/li>\n<li>Physical fit, motivated and willing to learn and take instruction; able to work in a potential dusty, dirty and noisy working environment; willing to accept working rigors of exploration drilling and occasional hardships associated with that work;<\/li>\n<li>Can assist the Exploration Fitter with all facets of maintenance to achieve high availability;<\/li>\n<li>Is familiar with maintenance and break down repairs &amp; fault diagnosis on:\u00a0Exploration Multi Purpose Drill Rig, Volvo Prime Mover and Lowbed, D7H Dozers, Tamrock Ranger 700-2, lighting tower, welding plant and related work stations, all 4&#215;4 Trucks, repairing of water swivel, air swivel and other drilling items;<\/li>\n<li>Capable of independently completing any other reasonable task assigned by supervisor;<\/li>\n<li>Be environmentally aware and willing to follow company environmental policies;<\/li>\n<li>Able to organise all logistics, supplies and drilling consumables as needed;<\/li>\n<li>Train assistants and\/or offsiders as necessary;<\/li>\n<li>Any other reasonable tasks assigned by the supervisor<\/li>\n<li>Be able to operate as part of a team, open to learn and taking new instruction if needed;<\/li>\n<li>Any other reasonable task assigned by the supervisor<\/li>\n<li>Be able to operate as part of a team, open to learning and taking new instruction if needed;<\/li>\n<li>Be flexible in worksite arrangements due to remoteness of exploration location;<\/li>\n<li>Be willing to adjust work hours to shift or extended hours and days to suit demands of field exploration work;<\/li>\n<li>Able to work with an experienced exploration management administration team knowing that fairness will be a paramount consideration;<\/li>\n<li>Willing to undertake to work anywhere in West Africa as exploration demands dictate;<\/li>\n<li>Usual expectation of good interpersonal skills;<\/li>\n<li>Must be motivated and have a history of showing initiative in problem solving;<\/li>\n<li>Ability to obtain appropriate valid Ghanaian driving licence;<\/li>\n<li>References required;<\/li>\n<li>Any offer subject to criminal and medical checks<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cover letter with applicant&#8217;s telephone and contact points, together with resume\/curriculum vitae (CV), and references may be sent to:<a href=\"mailto:asoboh@gsrgh.com\">asoboh@gsrgh.com<\/a>\u00a0or mail to:<\/p>\n<div>\n<strong>Golden Star Exploration (Ghana) Limited<br \/>\nAttn:\u00a0Drill Management<br \/>\n(N.
