The job holder will also have outstanding delivery capabilities, sensitivity, and personal confidence to organise Beautiful Soul activities in a result-oriented and cost effective manner.<\/p>\n<p>His\/her responsibilities will include business development, program design, execution and monitoring. In greater detail:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<br \/>\nBusiness Development:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Recruit entrepreneurs to participate in Beautiful Soul programs<\/li>\n<li>Build relationship with key customers and partners<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with founder and program managers to ensure coordination of all sales and marketing activities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Programs Execution:<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Participate in the planning and scheduling of programs\u2019 goals, milestones and deliverables<\/li>\n<li>Organise Beautiful Soul activities in line with impact, time, and budget<\/li>\n<li>Follow-up and support the participants\u2019 on-going work on a daily basis<\/li>\n<li>Proactively solve operational issues as they arise<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with program managers to ensure coordination of all logistics for Beautiful Soul activities<\/li>\n<li>Liaise &amp; negotiate with suppliers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Programs Monitoring:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Organise bi-monthly feedback sessions with\u00a0 participants to assess their needs<\/li>\n<li>Propose innovative and cost-effective solutions to address these needs<\/li>\n<li>Report on programs\u2019 impact<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Program Design:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Recruit volunteer facilitators\/mentors\/experts for new programs<\/li>\n<li>Participates in the design of sector-specific or country-specific\u00a0 programs in collaboration with Program Managers and founder<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We offer a competitive remuneration package based on results.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Self-starter<\/li>\n<li>Bachelors degree in a relevant field (Business Management, Finance, etc)<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 3-5 years work experience and proven track record in a similar position<\/li>\n<li>Experience in training and\/or events organising<\/li>\n<li>Very strong organizational and communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Results-oriented<\/li>\n<li>Innovative problem-solver<\/li>\n<li>Willingness and demonstrated ability to be a team player<\/li>\n<li>Excellent command of English and Twi plus any local languages<\/li>\n<li>Availability to stay in rural areas for long periods of time<\/li>\n<li>Travel using own or local transportation (related field expenses paid)<\/li>\n<li>Network in the social sector and \/or primary sector would be ideal<\/li>\n<li>Keen interest in social entrepreneurship or entrepreneurship would be a plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>If you are interested in the above-mentioned position please send a cover letter and a detailed cv to\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:info@beautifulsoulafrica.org\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">info@beautifulsoulafrica.org<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Closing date: 16th January 2012<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The jobholder must be a self-starter with excellent communication skills who can build and\/or expand existing relationships with entrepreneurs from the primary sector and NGOs.
