\n\u2022 Identifying data collection methods and offer recommendations on evaluating the project
\n\u2022 Developing research work plans according to project needs
\n\u2022 Formulating research schedules to monitor the activities of ongoing research
\n\u2022 Reviewing gathered research and analysing various sets of data
\n\u2022 Interpreting data and writing reports on key activities in the Department
\n\u2022 Analysing and resolving research issues in a timely and accurate manner
\n\u2022 Perform day-to-day supervision of some categories of staff in the Research Unit
\n\u2022 Preparing Minutes of Meetings and matters arising there from and dealing with specific correspondence and documentation as and when required
\n\u2022 Assisting in the maintenance of research database.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 possess a Bachelor degree (Minimum, Second Class Lower) and Masters in Education from a recognised University;
\n\u2022 have at least three (3) years post qualification experience in a reputable Institution;
\n\u2022 not be more than forty (40) years.<\/p>\n
