\n\u2022 Assist the Head of Risk and compliance carry out periodic assessment of the effectiveness of controls identified in implementing the risk management framework of the bank
\n\u2022 Help perform monthly risk test on risk portfolio for impact on profitability, capital adequacy and liquidity
\n\u2022 Recording and reporting at risk incidents to the Head of Risk and compliance
\n\u2022 Access and provide risk comments on loan applications and recommend controls to mitigate those risks
\n\u2022 Undertake compliance exercise in all the branches and submit report to the Head of Risk and Compliance for review
\n\u2022 Ensure agencies adherence with internal policies, anti-money laundering requirements and regulations affecting the conduct of banking business
\n\u2022 Any other duties that may be assigned by the Head of Risk and Compliance
\n\u2022 Deputies for the Head of Risk and Compliance when necessary<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Well abreast of the financial regulatory environment
\n\u2022 Working knowledge of credit risk modelling and analytics, credit risk portfolio management or credit risk strategy development
\n\u2022 Effectively prioritise workload and deal with multiple tasks
\n\u2022 Ability to analyse a number of situations and develop suggestions on the best course of action
\n\u2022 Knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering requirements and KYC procedures
\n\u2022 Good oral and written skill
\n\u2022 Ability to use the T24 software
\n\u2022 Sound computer knowledge in Excel, Word and Power Point<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 At least 2 years banking experience particularly in a rural bank
\n\u2022 Well abreast of the financial regulatory environment
\n\u2022 Conversant with the T-24 Banking software<\/p>\n
