\n\u2022 Additionally, he\/she shall maintain important customer and financial records to ensure that the Agency remains efficient and follows reporting and financial management laws and guidelines<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Data capturing of daily transactions into the T24 system
\n\u2022 Account opening for prospective customers
\n\u2022 Responsible for the timely and proper update of the General Ledger, books of accounts and various control registers of the Agency
\n\u2022 Assist the Agency Manager in preparation of Returns and Management reports of the Agency
\n\u2022 Ensure the proper daily calling-over of all transactions of the Agency
\n\u2022 Responsible for customer enquiries and handing of customer complaints
\n\u2022 Any other duties that may be assigned by the Agency Manager<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 A minimum of 2 years relevant work experience in branch\/agency operations and customer service
\n\u2022 Must be knowledgeable in T24 core banking application.
\n\u2022 Must demonstrate sound understanding of accounting and banking principles, processes and controls
\n\u2022 Able to work independently under pressure and meet tight deadlines
\n\u2022 A good command of the English language, spoken and written
\n\u2022 Good knowledge of MS Word, MS excel<\/p>\n
