{"id":66806,"date":"2022-04-26T11:55:41","date_gmt":"2022-04-26T11:55:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=66806"},"modified":"2022-04-26T11:55:41","modified_gmt":"2022-04-26T11:55:41","slug":"philips-jobs-2022","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/philips-jobs-2022.html","title":{"rendered":"Philips Jobs 2022"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>In this role, you have the opportunity to<\/strong>\u00a0promote the\u00a0<strong>Magnetic Resonance (MR), Computer Tomography (CT) and X-Ray<\/strong>\u00a0systems in\u00a0<strong>West Africa countries<\/strong><i>.<\/i>\u00a0The Modality Sales Specialist supports distributors in the area of acquisition and consultative selling while developing and optimizing the customer relationship to ensure long term profitability.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Modality Sales Specialist Magnetic Resonance West Africa<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>You are responsible for<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Promoting MR, CT &amp; X-ray products, systems and services in customer visits, seminars and trade shows<\/li>\n<li>Executing the marketing plan for the assigned Business Lines (BL).<\/li>\n<li>Deploying programs (including Installed Base programs) to the districts to drive business for the assigned BLs<\/li>\n<li>Driving the district business by thorough analysis, planning and execution and review in close cooperation with the Regional Business Manager. Execute corrective actions when required<\/li>\n<li>Working as part of an account team to ensure results are reached according to account plans<\/li>\n<li>Providing input in the generation of the BL order intake \/ sales forecast<\/li>\n<li>Participating in the district sales planning exercise for the BL, securing a high-quality funnel management<\/li>\n<li>Providing information about market trends, competitor\u2019s sales practices and potential projects to the responsible Business Manager<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring customer satisfaction by timely responding to all customer requests.<\/li>\n<li>Supporting new products launches<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for quality and updated win \/ loss information in CRM-Tool<\/li>\n<li>Updating stakeholders with customer facing role (e.g. Modality Sales Lead &amp; Indirect Channel Managers) on product and market developments<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Technical or Bachelor degree<\/li>\n<li>Relevant experience in the medical device industry<\/li>\n<li>Affinity with clinical applications<\/li>\n<li>Outspoken communication, presentation, selling and effective negotiating skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in\u00a0<strong>English, French would be advantageous<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently while interacting amongst a (virtual) team with all levels of the organization<\/li>\n<li>High level of integrity and result-oriented<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>In return, we offer you<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>a dynamic position in a challenging, innovative environment with great opportunities for you to explore.
