\n\u2022 Develop a matrix to measure the performance of implemented initiatives and produce a monthly report on production figures
\n\u2022 Identify and recruit sales executives in areas the company does not have a presence
\n\u2022 Responsible for training of new sales executives
\n\u2022 Direct and coordinate all sales activities
\n\u2022 Prepare sales budgets and projections and approve expenditures
\n\u2022 Prospect, identify and conduct one-one-one and group sales presentations to network and achieve branch targets
\n\u2022 Call regularly on customers to foster good relations and create more avenues for cross-selling<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 A certificate from the chartered institute of marketing (CIM) will be an added advantage
\n\u2022 A minimum of 4 years experience in sales<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 A good team player and result-oriented person
\n\u2022 Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
\n\u2022 Strong coordinating and analytical skills
\n\u2022 Working knowledge in ICT<\/p>\n
