Lead generation\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Education:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>University degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Statistics, or related disciplines<\/li>\n<li>Working skills in SQL &amp; Power BI is a must<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of Pricing and statistical modelling will be a plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience. 3 years of which must have been in the Telecoms industry in a supervisory role.<\/li>\n<li>Prior experience in base management (preferred)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Competencies<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Knowledge:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Demonstrated leadership in base analytics within a large organisation<\/li>\n<li>Experience in commercialisation and automation of analysis<\/li>\n<li>Commercially acumen<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of Telco\/Techco products and service offerings to customers<\/li>\n<li>Sound knowledge of business and CVM systems principles<\/li>\n<li>Practices, techniques and theories of CVM reporting and internal controls<\/li>\n<li>CVM standards, practices, and techniques<\/li>\n<li>Profound ability to interpret information and understand underlying commercial drivers of performance of ICT industry<\/li>\n<li>Proven knowledge to create and manage a high-performance analytics team<\/li>\n<li>Bridge between Marketing and Technology \u2013 Ability to work with business intelligence units and IT to define system and reporting requirements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills \/ physical competencies:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to manage self and be a team player, good conflict management, take and manage accountability<\/li>\n<li>Energy &amp;
